Tenant Fitness Facility - Base Building Upgrade

A local Real Estate Investment Trust reached out to LOA to assist with the design of a Tenant Fitness Facility in one of their buildings. The project included coordination with the building owner, contractor, and equipment provider to create a welcoming fitness center from the existing white box for use by the entire business park.

Red Alpha - Tenant Improvement

LOA assisted the building owner and tech start-up Red Alpha with the design and construction of their office in Columbia, MD.

Red Alpha requested an open, collaborative work environment. This included an open conference area and open work areas.
