Cultivation and Processing Facility
Massey, Maryland
LOA assisted our Client in ongoing renovations and additions to their cannabis operation. Work began by transforming a former flower and hemp farm into a cannabis cultivation facility with compartmentalized grow rooms, drying rooms, employee and office areas, shipping and receiving, and general security. The design and documentation process was expedited to meet the Client’s licensing requirements.
We later assisted in the design of an adjacent 75,000 SF greenhouse complex for additional cultivation.
Cultivation and Processing Facility
Tucson, AZ
LOA assisted our Clients in the master planning and design of a 60,000 SF processing facility with outdoor grow. The facility was design to GMP standards and included drying rooms, processing, packaging, edibles kitchen, employee and office areas, shipping and receiving, and cold storage.
Processing Facility
Hurlock, MD
LOA assisted our Client in converting an indoor cultivation facility to a processing facility to include the creation of an edibles kitchen and the installation of a C1D1 booth. The project was carefully phased to keep the facility operational.
Matapeake Warehouse
Kent Island, MD
LOA designed a +/-30,000 SF warehouse for a contractor on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The building was designed to the be partially owner occupied with room for expansion or subdivision and leasing.
The project was ultimately sold prior to construction.
