James Run - Retail Buildings A/B

Bel Air, MD

The retail center at James Run in Bel Air consists of two 7,000 SF buildings in the heart of the new James Run development. The buildings were optimized for both retail and restaurant tenants with options for one to three tenants per building.

The design was created to work within the previously adopted architectural guidelines for the overall development and the design direction provided by the Owner. The building is slated to be the future home of several national and regional brands.

&Running - Buildout

Fulton, MD

LOA was sought out to assist in the design and build out of a member-based running studio. The project was a first for the owner and founder.

LOA worked closely with the owner and the construction team to provide a facility that met the design requirements and remained within budget.
